From the Dread Or Dead surf shop team only Russell and Matthew were able to represent over at the soup bowl where all the action was to be had. Jay is still out to injury (get better soon) and Kane had commitments. At best the swell produced 8ft. faces so we are told but was alwasy perfectly clean and fun. There was a low tide this morning however the reange of the tide is small today and so was a higher tide than usual and it will probably stay that way most of the day. The wind was howling this morning and has since dropped. Look for the swell to improve slightly this afternoon and late in the evening. Brandons is the best break on the south coast.
