The first proper swell of this winter season has arrived and lasted.
I have been missing just like the rest of you having a surf. Surf tourist's are happy that their money is now being put to good use in the form of steep yet forgiving South coast waves. Up till now the tourist surfer has been pulling his hair out wondering if he is gonna have to punch his travel agent in the face over this "Barbados" as a surf destination. At USD$500 a day to surf, some of the tourist surfers had wondered if they should have brought water ski's with them instead since the water has been so flat.
I have just had a great "crack of dawn" session and will be back out on it later. Hope to see you all out there.
