There was or has been a little bit of north swell around the passed two weekends. It was great fun getting to visit the west coast again for surf but it was by no means as ggod as the east coast of the states had. Sandy Lane was where I had most fun. I even managed to get a few students out there who took a few spills but really got into surfing bigger waves. Sandy Lane when it is in that mid range size surf is a very beautiful wave where although sometimes fast can be quite forgiving.
Our littel surf team managed to move around and find waves at Batts rock and Maycox also. Not as impressive as Sandy Lane but still great fun. Thanks to all my surf team of the past two weeks, You really made it fun to be in the water.
