Folk's I am back from my honeymoon and it was great! The surf has been knickers since I got back but as per usual everyone is all hyped up about how good the wind chop has been. Now I know there was good surf while I was gone hey I surfed it up to 30 mins before I got on the plane. Anyway I am back you don't have to listen to lies about the surf anymore or how great some loser's wave was or which shitty little break has been good (if anyone every tells me surfers point was good I will educate them). I am refreshed and so just dont want to hear it if it aint true.
Faces I know to be liars telling me it was huge an hour ago. Well, I dont want to hear it. I was here an hour ago and the day before and watched you surf 2ft wind chop the white water hit you and you ran up the beach to tell me about your barrell. I dont want to hear it.
Firewire, softops i dont wanna hear it. Firewire, did it have value or not?

Yes it was a pile of shit! That flex shit didnt work and they dont even use balsa on the rails anymore. I feel sorry for all the kids that brought one. It cant repair, the shapes are shit. Taj Burrow surf's a Firewire that cost USD$8000 a time not USD$300 so work it out. Taj boards are regular boards witha Firewire sticker on them.
Softops, great boards to learn on for you first day otherwise a waste of time. A Softop board will never allow your surfing to progress to include a series of turns or a manoeuvre. They are to thick. Fantstic for you first 12 waves but useless after that to move forward and improve. If youre cool just chillin then theyre great boards.
Having just got back I am hearing all these crazy terms a phrases thrown around. some just did this we offer this. Lets just be honest, you have always been able to find a professional surf instructor in Barbados right here we have 4 of them all life saver, life guard and cpr trained. Mobile we have always done that and delivered our promise of finding the best surf. Pick up and drop off standard. All equipment provided, and really ever piece of equipment standard. best equipment for all levels of surf from beginner to pro! what you want we are and we have always been here. The best thing I have found about us at Surf In Barbados is that all of our instructors are surfers. They are not windsurfers, kiters, sailers or school kids but they are professional surf instructors and top athletes.
Something else I am fed up hearing about is someone selling their magic board that is the best board ever made but they have to sell it because its too small for them. If its too small for you how did you figure out it was the best board in the world ever?
How is it nearly new when I can see its an old piece of shit brown as you like and full of holes and bad glass repair work. And remember if it doesnt have a brand name to it how can it be worth anything? Like a year old Mercedes and a year old Nissan which is gonna be worth more. Even if it is a Mercedes a piece of shit Mercedes aint worth nothing either!
A swell is coming, Yes we heard. stop telling me its gonna be huge when I know it not. and I dont ever want to be asked where I was when it was big since you like I will know I and the team were there. I want to know where you were and why did you go searching for small waves if your such a tough kid who only surfs big waves? Also, if you went to Duppies and you didnt see me you were just looking or going on a get wet session because if I and the team were not there chances are it was only head high or less.
Sorry to moan folks but its just depressing hearing all the lies all the time. Start telling the truth and enjoy it. so what if it wasnt the biggest surf or someone found bigger surf than you just by waiting till later just enjoy and like it.
