The past week or week and a bit has been somewhat small but still kinda fun. I have been taking late afternoon sessions at Brandons and South Point and it has been fantastic. Thw little pulse that was around was up and down all the time and was usually better around the low tide that was filling back up.
Most days the surf has only been good enough for your committed longboarder or the kids. Speaking of which Dane McKay is looking pretty hot and ready for the Rip Curl Grom Search over in Florida. I wouldn't want to draw him in a heat. Dane is turning out to be a right little Jon Jon Florence. Keep up the good work buddy and save some for the contest in August.
The paddle board guys especially Kevin Talma have been on it hard core and on the bigger days showing off some core moves making it hard to observe anyone else from the beach since we have seen it all before. Sorry for leaving out all the other SUP guys I just didnt get to watch you guys, maybe next time. It would be nice to see Brian Talma, Kev's bruv, out there once in a while.
Well its paddling action today and I am off and on it... all 4.026 inches of it! See you in the line up.
