SOUTH COAST WAVES
Just before the weekend we were able to get a little surf on the south coast. So, all the surfers saved a little on gas money this weekend.
Brandon’s, on the Friday, had a nice little wave just about chest height unfortunately the wind was blowing and had a little chop on it but was still a surf. The high tide made the wave a little more uncomfortable but at this time of year anything on the south is a bonus.
Saturday, the waves died down and Brandon’s was pretty much non existent however south point was holding a nice clean wave. The tide again messed it up a little but that was the least of your worries because 20 to 30 guys were battling for the peak.
Nothing predicted for the week apart from going back to the drive to soup bowl. It was a nice little break and good to see even though there is a recession in the world there isn’t in the water.
