This morning I had an early bird couple, Sebastian and Marie, which wanted to go surfing. The weather didn’t look promising but I was told that the couple was keen.
When we turned up at the break the waves were not looking any good either but the ocean looked glassy. Then out of nowhere the sets started rolling in. A super clean 2-3ft on the sets little wave right at Brandon’s beach. Both of them were handling it really well and Marie already caught several all the way to the beach and Sebastian was just about catching by himself.
Half way through the heavens opened up again and it put a little downer on the lesson. We took a 15 minute break and then pursued. By the end of the lesson Sebastian was catching all by himself and Marie was just about getting there.
So to beginners the waves are looking good and for the surfers you can just get a nice surf at Brandon’s.
